Pest Consult has designed a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to exterminate and prevent pest infestation all year-around. Once you are engaged with Pest Consult, our experts and qualified technicians will adhere to our SOP which is designed to achieve efficiency, quality output and uniformity of performance, while reducing miscommunication and failure to comply with the industry regulations and standards. In connection to our SOP, Pest Consult executes its pest control services in three back-to-back phases as follows: –
1) Pre-Treatment Phase
Introduction
Pest Consult experts and qualified technicians upon visiting your home will give a proper introduction detailing who are they, show their ID cards and ask for your permission to execute the intended job.
Investigation
Once permitted, Pest Consult experts and qualified technicians will conduct a thorough investigation to identifying the existing problem and potential drivers of successful pest infestations.
Debrief
After the investigation, Pest Consult experts and qualified technicians will provide a preliminary report of what they have found in their investigation, reveal possible factors for pest infestations and advice property owner on the necessary steps to take to exterminate and curb future pest infestations.
2) Treatment Phase
Treatment
Once property owner is debriefed and accepts proposed treatment, Pest Consult will undertake the treatment to exterminate pest.
3) Post-Treatment Phase
Fortify
Pest Consult’s pest control services go beyond treatment. After the treatment, our experts and qualified technicians will fortify your property by covering all possible pest entry points and advice removal of pest attractants to prevent access, deny harborage and eradicate possibilities of future infestations.
Report
A part of our SOP, Pest Consult will always prepare and provide a detailed report indicating pests’ encountered type of services offered a brief description of the treatment, and recommendations to keep your property pests-free and prevent future pest infestations.
Monitor
Pest Consult will always keep in touch and make regular scheduled visits to monitor for unexpected pest infestations between treatments. As part of our monitoring system, Pest Consult will install pest control monitors in strategic areas including storage rooms, kitchens, and utility rooms.
In case any targeted pest is detected prior to the subsequent treatment, we will return to handle the problem at no extra charge to the customer. If we are unable to resolve the problem, Pest Consult will fully refund your payment within 30 days provide that you continue to be our customer.
